DiagnoCure's Board of Directors considers effective corporate governance to be essential to the operations of the Company and to ensure that the Company is managed to enhance shareholder value. The Corporate Governance, Human Resources and Nominating Committee is responsible to ensure that the Company covers all relevant elements of the Corporate Governance's guidelines included in National Instrument 58-201.
